LIGHT UP SYDNEY
For 13 years, I captured VIVID SYDNEY and the NYE Fireworks. For 13 years, I stood at the same spot at the Sydney Overseas Terminal and capture the Lighting of the Sails. It's different every year but each year the canvas reflects the essence of Australia. Then on New Year's Eve, I would wrestle my way through the crowd to get the best spot with a view of the magnificent Harbour Bridge in Sydney. For hours, not moving an inch from my spot, I waited patiently waiting for it to burst into flames at the stroke of New Year's Eve midnight. The clicking of my camera was drowned by the explosions of yellow, red, blue, pink arrays of lights and sparks.
